Phone: 503-466-1989 Will brings his 13 years of experience from Public Accounting including the last 7 years as an owner in the firm of Baker & Gingell, PC to help work with clients to achieve their financial goals. As a business owner along with being raised around his parents’ family-owned business he has a deep understanding of the importance of creating and following a retirement plan. Will is a Certified Public Accountant (License from the Oregon Board of Accountancy) and also holds a Series 7 securities license along with his Investment Advisor Representative Series 66 Investment Advisor Representative registration. Joining The Summit Financial Strategies group will allow the blending of Will’s tax and small business background with the firm’s investment strategies to create plans that investors can monitor and comprehend. Being able to adjust and adapt financial strategies in the ever changing global economy to meet investors’ goals (philosophies, objectives, risk tolerance and time horizon) is a mission of The Summit Financial Strategies group. PERSONAL NOTE ON WILL: Gingell married his high school sweetheart, Sandy, has two beautiful daughters and maintains his lifelong interest in soccer (including coaching both daughters’ soccer teams). Summer activities include becoming an expert time keeper at his daughters’ summer swim meets for the neighborhood swim team. Other outside activities include membership in the East Portland Rotary Club (currently a Foundation Director) and board membership in the local Art4Life non-profit organization which runs before-and-after school diverse arts education programs.
